What we collect, and why
| Where | Data | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Request a call form | Name, Indian mobile number, the service you choose, your consent, and the time of the request | To call you back about your enquiry, including by our AI voice agent, and to keep a record of your consent |
| The phone call | What you say on the call; the call may be recorded and transcribed | To understand your needs, follow up, and check call quality |
| Your email address and anything you choose to write | To reply to you | |
| Bot protection | Technical signals such as IP address, browser type and device characteristics, processed by Cloudflare Turnstile | To stop automated abuse of the call form |
| Hosting | Standard server logs, such as IP address, page requested and time | To run, secure and fix the website |
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or social media pixels on this website. We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not use your data to make decisions about you that have legal effects.
The email form on the contact page does not send anything to us. It opens your own email app with your message filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send in that app.
Consent
We call you only after you tick the consent box and submit the request a call form. The box is never ticked for you. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@inirah.in or by telling us on the call. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. After you withdraw, we stop calling you and delete your request data, unless the law requires us to keep it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
Who processes data for us
We use trusted service providers (data processors) that act on our instructions:
- Hostinger, for website hosting and our workflow automation server (n8n).
- Cloudflare, for bot protection on the call form (Turnstile).
- Bolna, to place and manage AI voice calls, together with its telephony and speech providers.
- Our email provider, to receive and answer email.
Some of these providers may store or process data outside India. We transfer data only to countries that the Government of India has not restricted under the DPDP Act.
How long we keep it
If no engagement follows your request, we delete your call request, call recording and transcript within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep what we need for the engagement and for legal, tax and accounting duties, and then delete it. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, when we no longer need it or you withdraw consent;
- handle a grievance about how we treat your data;
- let a person you nominate exercise your rights if you die or cannot act.
Email hello@inirah.in. We may need to confirm your identity first. We answer within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our tools and bot protection on the form. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform affected people and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
Children
Our services are for businesses. Please do not submit the form if you are under 18. If we learn that we hold a child’s data without verifiable parental consent, we delete it.
Storage on your device
This website sets no cookies of its own. See the cookie policy for the one small item we store after you request a call.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top.
