Information only, not an offer
The website describes our services in general terms. It is not a contract and not a binding offer. Any engagement, including scope, pricing, what counts as a qualified lead, payment and refund terms, is set out in a separate written proposal or agreement. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
No guaranteed results
Marketing and automation results depend on many factors outside our control, such as the market, the offer, budgets and the advertising platforms. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, sales, savings or return. Examples and illustrations on this website are not promises of results.
Requesting a call
- Only submit your own name and a mobile number you are allowed to use.
- You must be 18 or older.
- Calls may be made by an AI voice agent and may be recorded and transcribed, as described in our privacy policy.
- A received request does not guarantee that a call will be placed at a particular time.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website. This includes submitting false or another person’s details, trying to trigger calls to people who did not ask for them, attacking or overloading the website, or bypassing its bot protection.
Intellectual property
The website’s text, design, videos, graphics and the INIRAH name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the website, but you may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Client names and logos belong to their owners and are shown with permission. Third-party material is credited on the licences page.
Links to other websites
We link to some third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Liability
The website is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website.
